Mr. Pond founded Flagship Capital in 2020.  Prior to launching Flagship Capital, Mr. Pond spent 12 years in investment management with companies such as Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch, before running his proprietary equity strategy under his own company with an independent broker-dealer. 

With his background in investment management and interests in expanding into private equity, Mr. Pond formed Flagship Capital as a hybrid alternative investment company for his own personal assets.  Flagship trades in the Forex and Crypto markets daily, is actively continuing to grow its portfolio of holdings in potential disruptive companies, and is acquiring GP positions in newly launched funds.  Due to Mr. Pond's global network of industry principals across numerous sectors, Flagship also consults outside companies for matters such as Fundraising, M&A, Legal references, Business Structuring and Planning, and Strategic Partnerships.

Mr. Pond attended Capital University (Bexley, OH) and Florida Gulf Coast University (Fort Myers, FL) where he received B.S in Finance and Economics.
